Innala’s artistic practice centers on an exploration of light, space, and movement, weaving these elements into layered compositions that challenge the viewer’s perception. At the heart of her work is color- a symbolic current that mirrors and reflects the world around it, constantly shifting and transforming. Her art represents a synthesis of techniques and mediums, embracing the dialogue between traditional painting and contemporary photography to forge a unique visual language that blurs boundaries and invites discovery.

Key to Innala’s process is the embrace of unpredictability and chance, allowing her creations to evolve organically. This approach manifests a liminal space- a threshold between the known and the unknown, the ordinary and the extraordinary. In her words, “It’s a place of liminality—standing between the mundane and the exotic, interpreting something operating below the threshold.”

Innala’s influence extends globally, being featured in exhibitions and juried showcases across Sweden, the UK, and beyond. Highlights include, 30 of her works being acquired by the prominent Deji art Museum in Nanjing as part of their collection and being exhibited in international venues such as White Wall Gallery (London, UK) and Startle Gallery (Holt, UK).

Her practice extends to public art, with works acquired by Sweden’s Public Art Agency, as well as private and corporate collections, including Ernst & Young, AstraZeneca, and Stena. In addition, Innala was named Designer of the Year for the 2024 Brancaia Wine Collection, solidifying her interdisciplinary reach.

Through her exploration of light, color, and form, Innala’s work transcends the conventional, offering viewers a dynamic and immersive experience that redefines perception and opens the door to new realities.
